Hey TC.. ( a.k.a T)
Not much to say. I guess team Hillary really doesn't know what to say b/c they know that Obama is the Right Choice.. LOL

Hilary rules! Why do you think Obama is the "right choice"? Your video tells us why will.i.am and Scarlett Johannsen think so (well, they don't have much to say either). I think Hilary is more experienced. I find Obama is not saying anything new or that I haven't heard before. In fact, listening to him speak, I actually find he lacks both experience and passion.

I think that you're wrong when you state that he doesn't have any passion. I believe that he's very passionate about his cause and has a vision on what needs to be done. Hillary may appear more passionate and more driven. But remember she has been campaigning for this position unofficially since Bush was running for Office. Actually she has been strategically potting her way since her husband was in his second term of office. This campaign for her is very personal.

So for Obama to be doing so well against the Clinton machine, as it's so called, to me speaks volumes about the ability to have the right people on his side and to make the right choices in order to obtain the desire outcome.
With all the expereince that hillary has around her and from her own exposure, she is still unable to dominate this race. She runs on the tried and tested model which sometimes is great, but when you need a new direction it falls short. I feel that this is how she will run the country.
I strongly believe that the United States needs a new direction. They need a leader that can tackle the many challenges that face him/her and not just relie on the old school of thought. But also is able to incorportate a new approach.

Actually I can't be "wrong" if I don't feel he has the passion. You may feel it. I myself simply don't feel it from him. Passion is something you feel or sense. It's not something concrete.

After hearing so much hype about him and seeing how popular he's becoming, just listening to him, I didn't feel the passion or strength in his voice. I just expected more. He sounded flat to me. Or maybe I just caught him on an off-night.And that's what I mean by his lack of experience.

I think you hit it on the nail about the people surrounding him. He's got good people on his team. Perhaps he does have a better team than Hilary. I think Obama is smart and charismatic, but I don't think he's quite ready yet for presidency, but definitely one day, yes.

You are right in underlining so much the adjective "right" because Obama is closer to the Right than Hillary. On emigration, health care and foreign policy his positions are way more moderate than Hillary's and besides this we're discussing which is the best leader of the most influent country of the world. You don't just need someone with a "vision" and a nice communication. You want someone who is tough, skilled, experienced and - let me tell you - a woman, for the first time in the history.

I don't see this big difference between being a mulatto man or a white man. They are both men and think about solutions with the same male-oriented point of view, while Hillary will come up with new solutions for old problems.

Hey T.
At the end of the day as long as its a Democratic in the Office the US will be better off.

Hey Anellidfumo,
Yes looking at the the sexes as a man is man regardless of ethnicity is correct. But soci-economically there are differences. Similarly for women. A visual minority regardless of background faces more challenges. The glass ceiling is double layered, perhaps triple layered. Meaning the soci-heirarchy tends to be white then coloured. As an example the ceiling for women being broke by a white female still doesn't guarantee that the ceiling is broke for a woman of colour. I sort of look at the ceiling like this. First white man than thin ceiling white woman. Than thick ceiling colour man, thin ceiling colour woman. Just my perspective. At the end of the day if Barach and Hillary had a love child that would be the ultimate candidate. LOL
But to seriously address the question about the right leadership for a very powerful country. I think that b/c Barack doesn't come off as the agressive one he appears weak to a few. Giving them the conclusion that he doesn't having the ability to stomach the job and be a strong leader. I think that he may be underestimated and Hillary overestimateed.

I'd love to vote for Michelle Obama. With or without her husband becoming president first.

"Plus I think Michelle Obama will make a wonderful first lady and perhaps run herself one day.. LOL" So the truth comes out!! It's all about the first lady! Yes, I must admit I like Michelle, much in the same way I like Hilary... I like powerful women. But that's another story.

Yes, I definitely want a Democrat in power, and judging by Obama's momentum, he will probably take the Democratic nomination. I'm still for Hilary, but I think Obama will appeal to the younger set. The video is youth-friendly. It's well-made, although the endless talk of "change" doesn't really set out what that change is. Too many politicians throw the word "change" around. I like Hilary's use of "rebuild" America. But the next few weeks will be interesting.
